The Australian Helicopter Industry Association has been developed to promote the Australian helicopter industry by working with governments, regulatory authorities and the community to ensure it is a safe, efficient and viable industry readily able to adapt to the continuing needs of the our customers by the pursuit of global industry best practice.

The AMDA FOUNDATION LIMITED has joined forces with the Australian Helicopter Industry Association (AHIA) to promote the Australian helicopter industry.

Under the terms of an agreement just signed between them, the Foundation’s conference and exhibition arm will become a major long-term corporate sponsor of the Association and will conduct the biennial Rotortech Conference and Exhibition. AMDA, together with its management team headed by CEO Ian Honnery, has been a long-time supporter of AHIA, and was the Founding Corporate Sponsor of the Association when it was formed in 2012.
